Congratulations to Ajay Kataria, Head of BARX FX Sales, Americas, who was just awarded the ‘Citizenship Achievement of the Year – Americas’ at Barclays' Citizenship and Diversity Awards 2024 for the Commissions for Cancer initiative. Three years ago, Ajay created an innovative concept to donate a percentage of commissions for electronically traded products for one week out of the year to a charitable organization and selected The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Each year, more and more colleagues volunteer to participate and help support LLS and its goal of creating a world without blood cancer. In 2024, Commissions for Cancer raised $536,000. Since its inception, the initiative has raised more than $1 million.
