April 28, 2025

A free IN-PERSON educational event for: ● Patients/Survivors ● Caregivers ● Healthcare Professionals

Program Details
After a blood cancer diagnosis, patients and their families face important decisions about treatment, care, and available resources. This program will provide valuable information to help survivors and caregivers navigate cancer care, from the initial diagnosis through the end of treatment. Attendees will learn how to find primary care providers, create a survivorship care plan, and receive guidance on nutrition and mental health for survivors.

Additionally, participants will discover resources for survivorship, personalized support, and programs offered by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as how to access these services. Join us for this event designed to provide survivors, caregivers, and family
members with a clear roadmap to survivorship.

Complimentary dinner provided.
