Live interactive continuing medical education activity for healthcare professionals in Chicago and surrounding areas to discuss myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) updates and challenges in treatment.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for hematologists-oncologists, medical oncologists, physician associates, advanced practice providers, nurses and pharmacists involved in the care of patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).

American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 2.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit

For Physicians requesting MOC credit, the post-test and evaluation are required in their entirety as well as your ABIM ID number, DOB (MM/DD), and a score of 70% or higher is needed to obtain MOC credit.

Medical Learning Institute Inc designates this application-based continuing education activity for 2.0 contact hours (0.2 CEUs) of the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.

Method of Participation
There are no fees for participating in or receiving credits for this CE activity. For information on applicability and acceptance of continuing education credit for this activity, please consult your professional licensing board.

In order to receive credit, learners must participate in the entire CE activity, complete the activity evaluation form and return it to staff at the end of the program.
