February 22, 2025

A free IN-PERSON educational event for: ● Patients/Survivors ● Caregivers ● Healthcare Professionals

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM

You are in the driver’s seat when it comes to your cancer care. Join us for this FREE education program to learn more about communicating with your health team, knowing what questions to ask, getting a second opinion, and the role of clinical trials as a treatment option.

Patients, caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals are invited to be part of this important discussion on self-advocacy. The program will feature a presentation by a medical professional, followed by a panel of cancer survivors, including a myeloma patient perspective.  Join us to gain tools to empower yourself in driving your medical care!

In addition, attendees will learn about the many free support resources provided by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and how you can connect one-on-one with an oncology professional to discuss your blood cancer diagnosis.

Complimentary lunch will be served.

We hope you can join us for this free educational event!
