Indications and Usage
Ixazomib is FDA approved in combination with lenalidomide and dexamethasone for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least one prior therapy.
Side effects needing medical attention
Diarrhea, constipation, thrombocytopenia, peripheral neuropathy, nausea, peripheral edema, skin reactions, liver problems, vomiting, back pain.
