About Burlington & Their Commitment To LLS

At Burlington Stores, a national off-price retailer, giving back is part of their heritage. Over the past 16 years, they have raised more than $32.7 million for LLS in our fight against blood cancers. Each fall, Burlington’s 37,000 associates take up the call to support the cause and thanks to their tireless dedication, they have helped us to generate awareness along with much needed funds for research towards life-saving treatments.

How they do it!

Each year, LLS partners with Burlington to develop an in-store campaign to motivate associates and educate their millions of customers to raise funds to help patients and their families across the country. Through Light The Night events nationwide, Burlington associates come together in their communities to participate in these moving local events to celebrate their impact on the fight against cancer and to honor those that have been touched by blood cancers.

  • LLS works with Burlington each year on a turn-key program customized to Burlington’s corporate and field culture that ensures engagement at all levels of the corporation.
  • Through the partnership, Burlington provides LLS with special opportunities to highlight and showcase survivors who share their stories through various forms of content to educate customers about LLS and the work that we are doing together, as well as empower and motivate associates to ask each customer at check out to donate to the cause
