Tribute and Memorial Gifts

To pay tribute or honor the memory of a someone who has touched your life, you can designate your gift as a tribute or a memorial when you make your gift online or by mail or by telephone. We will notify the honoree or the family of your thoughtfulness with a personalized card. Simply fill out the designated areas on the online donation page or on the donate by mail form.
